Refund Policy Bionix Clinic

In-case you change your mind Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect Bionix Clinic policies Clients have an Informed and a Written consent and agreement before all treatments/packages/procedures,thereafter,We do not offer cash refunds for our services including the following reasons :

1 – Not Happy with therapist

All our therapists are equally and well trained , However your concern can be brought forward to the clinic manager and a suitable action can be taken on amicable terms.This concern is not eligible for refunds or Clinic credit.

2 – Not happy with results

Results may vary individual to individual and there is no Guarantee to any results. We believe in giving realistic expectations to our clients , and will try our best to meet your expectations.A written and informed consent is signed before the treatment with complete explanation on what you should expect from the treatment .This concern is not eligible for refunds or Clinic credit.

3 – Not happy with the machine

The Doctor/ therapist / nurse will explain you all details about the technology and treatment and thereafter will sign a consent with you. Only once you are satisfied you must sign the consent This concern is not eligible for refunds or Cliniccredit.

4 – Not happy with clinic

We strive our best to live up to your expectations, however you must make a choice about us before you sign a consent and agreement with us . We will do our best to live up to your expectations This concern is not eligible for refunds or Clinic credit.

5 – Find it Expensive

We do believe in offering world class service to our clients , All prices and treatments will be explained to you before you sign-up for your treatment, Once you consent to do the treatment you have to honour the agreed price. This concern is not eligible for refunds or Clinic credit.

6 – Have timing issues with the clinic

You can bring forward your concern to the clinic manager and we will try our best to accommodate you as per your available timings This concern is not eligible for refunds or Clinic credit.

7 – Leaving the country

If you have decided to leave the country and cannot complete your package , You may bring this forward to the clinic manager. A suitable solution in clinic credit can be offered to honest and verified cases. This concern is eligible for Cliniccredit only in management approved cases .

8 – Machine breakdown

If there is a machine breakdown during or before appointment , In the best interest of giving you quality service , It would be honestly informed to you and sessions will resume when the machine is fixed only. A free facial and 500 AED clinic credit will be given to you , and a new schedule will be planned by clinic manager as and when we can offer you the best service.

This concern is not eligible for refunds or Clinic credit. However, in the event of an agreed refund, we only offer clinic credit.

Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals or clinics, as each Bionix clinics individually owned + operated

Consumer Product

Products for take home or at home use will be eligible for a full refund on condition that the product(s) is returned unopened and un-used within 48 Hours of initial purchase date. Products returned after 48 hours of purchase date in un-opened condition will be eligible for a clinic credit.

Injectable Treatment

Injectable treatments are not eligible for refunds or Clinic credit.

Surgical Treatment

Surgical treatments are not eligible for refunds or Clinic credit.

Individual Treatment

We endeavour to undertake treatment to your satisfaction and to meet your expectations. In the event that we do not deliver to your expectations please make your concerns known to the clinic manager who will assist you to the best of their abilities.Individual treatments are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

Course Treatment

We will honour a full refund on any pre-paid course of treatments on condition that the refund request is made within 24 hours of the initial purchase date and that no treatment has been undertaken or received.If a Single Session/ treatment is taken and refund is requested within 24hours, The single session cost plus 30 % cancellation charges will be applied .Refund requests between 24 hours of initial purchase date will be eligible for a clinic credit on condition that no treatment has been undertaken or received.

Course Treatment Received

We do not honour refunds for courses after 24 hoursof initial purchase date and that have started with at least one treatment. The client can request a store credit for treatment value unused calculated pro-rata and on condition that client’s GP/ Doctor provides a letter explaining reason for client being unable to continue with treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Whilst we are reluctant to charge for any cancelled or ‘no show’ appointments, this is having a detrimental impact on our services to clients who are on the cancellation list and who cannot be accommodated due to lack of notice/no notice being given to cancel.As a result if you fail to provide 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment there will be a 150 AED charge. If the 150 AED charge cannot be paid, one of your treatments may be deducted from your course.
